- Shopping Agent Service: Yendiscart offers free assistance for purchasing products from third-party platforms specified by the user or for arranging parcel shipments.
- Parcel Forwarding: Yendiscart provides forwarding services alongside recommendations and sales support for products listed on third-party platforms.
Users must assume full responsibility for risks associated with international parcels, including customs penalties, delays, damage, loss, or confiscation. Yendiscart can act as an intermediary with third-party logistics providers for claims, but all compensation will adhere to the policies of the logistics provider. Yendiscart is not liable for any related issues.
- Disclaimer for Product Purchases and Forwarding
Yendiscart may handle your purchases to ensure proper delivery. However, users should carefully evaluate merchants, especially on platforms like Taobao, to avoid illegal activities. Users agree to proceed with specific operations if special circumstances arise or may consult customer service with questions when placing an order. - Return and Exchange Rules

- Inspection Limitations: Some items, like electronics or collectibles, may only undergo a basic inspection for appearance and accessory completeness, as detailed checks are not feasible.
- Fragile Items: Items such as ceramics or irregularly shaped goods may sustain damage during transit. Buyers are advised to purchase such items with caution and accept any transport-related risks.
- Custom-Made Items: For custom-made products, buyers should negotiate directly with merchants. Yendiscart cannot inspect these items, and any resulting issues will be the buyer’s responsibility.
f) Order with Deposit
According to Taobao sellers, orders that require a deposit cannot be canceled. Buyers must follow the seller’s instructions to pay the remaining balance before the goods can be shipped. If the balance is not paid on time, the deposit will not be refunded.
g) Sellers with a Poor Reputation
Taobao sellers specify that orders requiring deposits cannot be canceled. Buyers are obligated to follow up on payment instructions from the seller. If the balance is not paid in time, the deposit will be forfeited.
h) CD-like Commodities and Figures

ii) Liability for Loss or Damage During Delivery
