Logistics provider compensation rules

In case your package goes missing or gets damaged, we are here to help you file a claim for reimbursement with the shipping companies.

1. The compensation regulations for parcel loss and damage, which are outlined in the service agreement or displayed on the logistics provider’s website, govern the compensation standards for Yendis Ventures’s logistics services.

2. In the event that your parcel is confirmed as missing or damaged, please take note.

3. A gentle reminder regarding parcel damage and partial loss:

1) Fragile products are not eligible for compensation.
2) Freight charges are non-refundable.
3) It is necessary to provide evidence that the damage was caused by the improper transportation of the logistics provider, as this may affect the process of claiming compensation.

4. We kindly request that you carefully review the following compensation rules. Should you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

When submitting a parcel query and compensation request to logistics providers, you must provide the following:

1. Confirmation from the foreign logistics provider that the parcel is lost, undelivered, or cannot be located, along with proof from the recipient and local courier.

2. Confirmation from the recipient that the parcel was not delivered, including details such as parcel number, waybill number, recipient’s name and address.

3. Screenshots of order information, product details, quantity, amount, or proof of online transaction for the product. For claims with DHL, include a commercial invoice and letter of claim.

4. Any additional query forms, claim forms, waybills, payment vouchers, or other documentation requested by the logistics provider.

Please note that the processing timeframe for parcels begins from the dispatch date, and the new compensation regulations will be effective from 6 August, 2020 (Beijing Time) for parcels dispatched after that date.
