Compensation Standards for Packages:
Yendiscart is not liable for compensation if your package is lost, damaged, delayed, or seized by customs due to factors beyond Yendiscart’s control. We are also not responsible for compensation related to indirect or unactualized profit losses. Please refer to the “Insurance and Compensation for Parcels” section for detailed information.
No Compensation in These Cases (for Uninsured Packages):
- Losses caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters or customs issues, are not compensated.
- Items seized or confiscated by authorities due to violations of laws or regulations will not be compensated.
- No compensation is provided for packages that appear undamaged externally but are missing or damaged inside.
- If tracking shows non-delivery and customs has seized the package, the logistics provider’s inquiry results will prevail, and no compensation will be given.
- Losses or shortages caused by the customer’s actions or issues with the sent items will not be compensated.
- Compensation claims must be made within the inquiry period; failure to do so will void any compensation eligibility.
- Packages detained, confiscated, or destroyed by authorities in the destination country will not be compensated.
Prohibited Items:
You must comply with national laws regarding restricted and prohibited items. This includes the regulations published by the State Post Bureau, the Ministry of Public Security, and the General Administration of Customs of China. Items that cannot be shipped include:
- Illegal or restricted items under national law.
- Explosives, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, or toxic substances.
- Publications or items containing offensive or reactionary content.
- Currency of any kind.
- Items that threaten public health.
- Perishable or easily decaying items.
- Live animals, except for those that are appropriately packaged (e.g., bees, silkworms, and leeches).
- Poorly packaged items that could harm workers or damage other parcels.
- Other items unsuitable for mail shipment.
Postal Restrictions:
The following items are forbidden from being mailed due to postal practices:
- Items with hazardous or damaging qualities that may harm postal workers or other parcels.
- Sharp items or metal seals that could disrupt postal processing.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or hazardous materials.
- Publications that could endanger societal stability or contain offensive content.
- Items that could pose a threat to public health.
- Documents or items prohibited in the recipient country.
